Vegans are Us | Atlantic City

With two New Jersey locations, Chef Sharonda Harris-Bunton’s Vegans are Us is a fully Vegan restaurant that infuses the traditional local fare with her own passion for plant-based soul food. Born in Vineland and now living in Pittsgrove Township, Salem County, with her husband and two daughters, Harris-Bunton is a self-taught chef who was always interested in food and nutrition. As a little girl, she loved sitting in the kitchen and watching her mother and father create savory comfort food. “I was always curious about knowing how to cook and being able to cook,” she recalls. “I thought, God forbid, if I ever had to do this I want to make sure my parents enjoy it.”

Lots of favorites here, including a huge breakfast menu complete with fresh juices and coffees. Wraps, sandwiches and more are available for lunch and dinner with generous portion sizes. Subs, Crabcake sandwiches, Cheesesteaks, Burgers and even a selection of plant-based seafood dishes. The Atlantic City location is conveniently located in the Tanger Outlets, street and lot parking are within a block.
