Chef-owners Tony Liu and Suki Liu have created an elegant, authentic dining experience in the heart of Longwood, Pennsylvania. In a building that has tremendous history, they completely renovated and upgraded every element of the space. What is Gu Gu? She’s your Auntie, and she’s got quite a few vegan dishes for you to try. First to the table were the vegan spring rolls, followed by lettuce wraps created with Impossible grounds. Then vegetable sushi, miso soup, green curry with veg and even a stir fry with Impossible as the protein. The options that are on the menu are clearly labeled, and the servers can recommend easy ways to veganize other dishes. Lunch specials are an amazing value- three vegan maki rolls with soup for only $14.00, and you are right across from the main attraction of the area, Longwood Gardens.
