From the Chef “Bedhead is the culmination of a decade of experience in the restaurant industry and a lifetime of experimentation with vegan food. Owner and operator, Chadwick Aufderhar, is from Washington State, where he previously served as the long-time kitchen manager of Allie's Vegan Pizzeria & Cafe in Spokane, WA. After moving to the Northside of Bethlehem with his partner for her graduate work, he took the plunge to set up shop here. He hopes to continue doing what he loves best: serving good food to vegans and non-vegans alike."
